I believe and I’m convinced that one of the main reasons that women remain single is because they think that they will loose they’re independence. I’m a woman, I’m married and I’m entirely independent. Therefore, I believe that’s a load of shit that’s been pushed on women by the media.
Being single is fun and dating and testing the waters with different men is awesome, but if a guy you truly like stumbles upon you’re life, are you willing to sacrifice a cool union just because you fear loosing this so called “Independence.” You can have a fruitful, sexually packed relationship with a man and still be an independent woman.
Being independent doesn’t mean being all by your lonesome. They’re two entirely different things. Independence does not consist of being single forever. True independent women are fearless and are not afraid of falling in love and sharing a life with someone else. Just because you’re attached to someone doesn’t mean that you will loose yourself. In fact, this is when your independence is put to the test. You’re entire life does not have to revolve around your boyfriend or husband and that’s all up to you. Can you handle the challenge? Or are you to afraid and rather lead a lonely existence for the rest of your life?
